For the past several months, We have worked hand in hand with Buddy Hain of Curtis Stout to assist us with the new technology of Auto-Cleaning Needlepoint Bipolar Ionization System (GPS Omni). At no time have they failed us, and they have always been on time, making them a reliable partner to us.
My first engagement with Curtis Stout was on a project of Audio-Visual installation. The company brought along good expertise that involved targeting the right equipment required to meet our goals. The Health and Safety department has gone above our expectations ensuring that the ionization equipment, installation, and networking process was very successful.
I strongly recommend the GPS Omni Ionization system and the services of Curtis Stout.

I am proud to offer my strong recommendation for Curtis Stout and their provision of Needlepoint Bipolar Ionization (NPBI) technology to the Arkansas Department of Veterans Affairs (ADVA).
ADVA operates two state veterans homes—one in Fayetteville, Arkansas with capacity for 87 residents and another in North Little Rock, Arkansas with capacity for 96 residents. These facilities are tasked with providing the highest possible quality skilled nursing care to one Arkansas’ greatest treasures: our aging veterans. With the onset of COVID-19, ADVA quickly realized that we needed to expand our capability to monitor and improve our residents’ air quality. We turned to Curtis Stout and found, not just a willing vendor, but a similar conviction of duty and gratitude for Arkansas veterans.
Curtis Stout has been very responsive and flexible throughout the entire State-regulated procurement process. They welcomed the State-mandated competition, were deeply thorough in their needs analysis, and showed great transparency in their pricing when compared against other vendors. Moreover, they have continued to partner with ADVA in implementing this important NPBI technology and training our staff appropriately. Simply put, I could not have asked any more of Curtis Stout, the customer service they have provided, or their technology they provided to us.

I want to thank you and Curtis Stout for the recent job you completed in installing GPS Needlepoint Bipolar Ionization systems and Puro Light equipment in our four state veterans homes in Alabama. As you may recall, we had researched this technology in cooperation with Auburn University and Air University at Maxwell Air Force Base. Curtis Stout was able to respond to the state of Alabama procurement system, offer the selected proposal, order and receive all required equipment, and then abide by strict deadlines and health safety measures for installation of the equipment by the end of 2020. All of this was accomplished despite the challenges of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
I have heard nothing but accolades regarding Curtis Stout’s cooperation with the operator of our state veterans homes, HMR of Alabama, Inc. during the installation of these systems. The entire installation project was completed on time and within budget despite all the aforementioned parameters. It is productive partnerships among contractors such as Curtis Stout and HMR that allow us to serve our military veteran clients in superb fashion.
All the systems appear to be functioning well at this time. We look forward to working with you and Curtis Stout as we continue to evaluate the effects of these new systems in our state veterans homes.
